Greg Rolfe

Greg, sober since April 29, 2005, has a strong and long-standing presence in the Austin, Texas recovery community. Over the years, he has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations, COO, CEO, and has founded or owned multiple companies. After more than a decade working in the reverse logistics side of Dell’s supply chain, Greg returned to the treatment center industry in 2021.

He is passionate about helping others find purpose and a life beyond addiction, strongly advocating for the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Greg also values the clinical support available through the many skilled practitioners in Austin.

A devoted family man, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth, their daughters Isabella and Emilia, and their soon-to-arrive baby boy, expected in February 2025. The family often escapes to their cozy cabin in the woods, where Greg teaches his children to appreciate and connect with nature. He believes in living life to the fullest and insists on having a great time along the way.

Ozzie Garcia

Ozzie has worked in the Mental Health and SUD industry for over 9 years. He has served many roles in that time, including creating and directing inpatient treatment programs, assisting clients and families through the beginning stages of the treatment admissions process, business development, and for the last 6 years Co-Founded and operated multiple sober living homes in the Austin area. Ozzie understands the importance of community in the aftercare process, providing individuals with the necessary structure and recovery tools to set them up for success in their recovery journey’s.

In his free time, Ozzie enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors.

Elizabeth Bickel Rolfe, LPC-S, ATR, LCDC
Clinical Specialist

Elizabeth was born in Louisiana and was raised in Pueblo, Colorado. She has two younger brothers and had an amazing childhood filled with love, animals, the outdoors, and adventures. Despite a wonderful upbringing, Elizabeth found herself in residential treatment at the age of 17. Her family supported her recovery and provided her with a long-term treatment experience from which she has been sober since. During this time, she identified a deep passion for wellness and helping others heal. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX. Subsequently, she moved back to Colorado to pursue her Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder. Elizabeth has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings. These settings include community mental health, judicial, residential, outpatient, and sober living. She began working at Alpha 180 in May 2021 after seven years as the Men’s Program Manager and Clinical Director for another local treatment center. She is trained in Art Therapy and EMDR. She is passionate about young adult recovery, staff culture, supervision, and empowering clients and staff to discover and fulfill their potential.

During her academic and career growth, she has balanced a personal life that has flourished into a small family. She has improved and maintained relationships with her parents and brothers, watched several extended and direct family members find sobriety, and has enjoyed ongoing personal growth and development. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband, two daughters, and dog Birdie. In their free time they enjoy going on trips, playing, and making art.

Nico Doorn

While returning to school, Nico began working in behavioral healthcare in 2011 as direct care staff in a residential treatment center. Since, he has had roles ranging from Counselor to Executive Director, serving programs of all types including transitional living, collegiate recovery communities, and outpatient programs.

Beginning his recovery as a high school dropout, Nico went on to get his GED, ultimately graduating as valedictorian in three years with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lipscomb University. He continued his education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, earning a Master of Education in Human Development Studies.

Nico is a rising national expert in young adult addiction treatment, TEDx speaker, and sub-3-hour marathon runner. He is a father of three and enjoys vacationing with his wife, listening to podcasts, and feng shui’ing his house.
