National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

Description: Provides 24/7, free, and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

Crisis Text Line

Description:  Offers free, 24/7 support via text message. Text with a trained Crisis Counselor to help you through any crisis.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)

Description:  Provides confidential, free, 24/7 information service for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. Offers referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Services: Provides 24/7, free, and confidential support for people in distress, along with prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones.
